Are there paved roads/trails to ride a bike on? I don't really want to ride on dirt trails, my bike is a hybrid between cruiser and mountain, 7 gears, not sure I can ride on dirt unless ir is solid.

None of the trails here are paved. The trails are a combination of grass, dirt, and sand.

good trail mostly easy and hard enough for a bike.... not recommend for child size bike

The white trail is mostly hard packed soil and you should be ok riding most of the trail except a few very sandy areas. The yellow trail has a lot of very wet spots so I wouldn't recommend. You can get a nice ride just riding the white trail.
