Two employees - including GM Alison- were very rude. Didn’t even look at me while I talked to them, then refused to let me interact with any pups. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but now very disappointed with customer service.

Just went into Puppy Avenue with my husband and son and we were treated like 3rd class citizens. The two ladies were very very rude, didn’t even ask if we wanted to see a puppy. I’m sure they thought we were poor people but I can guarantee you we are far from poor! I did say we were just looking but that meant I want to look for the breed that matched our family. How can anyone possibly pick a puppy without any interaction. FYI: Years ago this puppy store would allow people to go brows and now the pups are locked up like it’s a zoo! I’m sure they are all from puppy mills poor babies. How about you do better Puppy Avenue

Always new. Did when I was in the other day. They try not keep each one to long , growing and space, so prices change. They also have payment plan.
I guess search for pomeranian breeders in the area and make sure they are reputable.

I was 16 when I worked there 5 years ago and I believe you have to be at least 16 still.
Currently there are 2 chihuahuas that should be available Thursday. They get new dogs every Tuesday. If you call they will gladly let you know if they have any. Plus since its close to Christmas they get twice as many dogs
