They may deliver items purchased online. Not sure about appliances. But they delivered recliners to my home, after an online purchase.
Sam's does not sell large appliances. Large home improvement stores deliver appliances.
Sam's does not deliver anything. I do know they sell couches, mattresses, patio furniture and grills. But they do not deliver.
I don't think Sam's club sells appliances like a washer or dryer. You may be able to find small kitchen appliances like a toaster oven or blender.
