I joined in store. Gift card immediate use. Maybe allow 7 days for mail. I also recommend downloading the app. Set up was super easy. Use the scan and go feature, be sure to link your new credit card. Literally a HUGE time saver.

I suggest you call them. I joined in person, got a temporary card and regular card came about 10 days later.
