I recently saw a post in Facebook where your employees are profiling indigenous people in your store on a regular basis! That the director of the store Robert is known to be racist himself! Why is Safeway not doing anything about this situation?

I hate to say but as a ALASKA NATIVE I personally have watched others stealing while being harassed. Holiday on spenard and Minnesota has been worsted in state for NATIVE profiling

Because it's not true. The people involved are known shoplifters which has nothing to do with race etc.

I know Robert is race's tord Natives and even a rude cashier rep. In general the store isn't doing anything because hardly any complaints are being made plus wen I complained they said he been a great employee for almost 15-20 year's. I said doesn't give him the right to treat ppl in a rude behavior.

Profiling is in existence at Safeway stores throughout Alaska. Towards each race, not just minorities. You have a great question. I don't know about Robert.
