I love this church. But 2020 -2021 is very tough for Christians. Past Lent season was tough as well. Planning to go this coming Sunday. I hope we are able to go. I really don’t know if there’s any restrictions? Anyone would like to comment? Much appreciated. God Bless!

I left Alaska in Feb 1980. The time I spent at St.Patricks was fantastic. I was part of a group Monsignor Murphy had put togeather about 4 years earlier. One night a week for several weeks then a couple of months off. Working around schedules and such. Monsignor was teaching & explaining & leading us to do our own in-depth study of our questions, and I was a pain, that begain with WHY. In the beginning I knew there were a few other Protestants like myself. I never paid attention to who was what & where. Thoses last two years I was the only one. Honestly we had a turn-over that agian I didn't pay attention to. What I did pay attention to was every little difference I had 'heard' about. I learned more about my Baptist roots than most Baptist preachers. But I learned most was the detail & respect which is given to all of our Fathers closest followers. Of centuries-old traditions still celebrated, and children taught exactally why. I saw youth & younger adults open & respectful of the elderly in a non pretentious manner. I felt like I was leaving family behind. And as we know family traditions are hard thing to break, I didn't even try. I just Incorporated what I had learned into the instructions I would give and demonstrate in front of my children and close family members. Thank you.. St.Pats and Monsignor Murphy.
