If you have time and want to see the quintness that make up our state, it's the route to take. However, if you're in a hurry it is best to choose a different mode of travel. And FYI, they do have delays. My last trip was delayed for 5 hours, but once the trip started, I enjoyed the stops for food, restroom breaks and leg stretching. Country scenery was nice also.

It's because you stop in towns along the way picking up and dropping off passengers.
Again, Mosi is right, when you book, the itinerary will outline all the stops and waiting times if you have to change buses.
