Yes, the cards are national. They work anywhere in USA. Costco works anywhere internationally ( Korea and Canada). The Merritt Island store is ok as long as you dont't have high expectations. Gas is cheapest on the island normally.

As long as it is paid up to date I got mine in Connecticut and when I moved to Flordia I just had to check in up date my info and then when time to renew pay the next years due
