If you have the original reciept, you can scan the barcode in the walmart app. Then you just look under purchase history, find and select the one you just scanned, and select the arrow icon in the top right corner. You can email or message it to yourself.
Call the store. Or go there. Simple. The credit card department will not have the information.
I don't have the original. It was misplaced. Can I use the transaction # off my credit card statement?
