Sam's don't have credit cards you apply for a Sam's Card which will pay about $100 a year for, but you can only use a debit card to make purchases. The only thing that they have in the way of options is buying a personal card for yourself or buying a card for a business. Business card however is a little bit more expensive but, you get more back in the way of points or travel or gift.
Sam's Club does have credit cards and if you get the $100 membership you can get 5% back on gas, 3% on groceries and 1% on all other purchases. There is a $6000 limit on gas purchases.
