Walmart has an open door policy for campers. Across the country you can park for a short time. BUT. Melbourne, I was told, said no. Due to covid and all the homeless and the crime. But as far as I know that has been lifted
They have signs everywhere saying no overnight parking but a few spaces are large enough for a camper.
Not designated but they do allow. Make sure you talk with a manager first though as a courtesy.
