We feel our Covid precautions are excellent and are confident we offer a safe shopping experience. We ask all customers wear a mask and 99.9% of customers comply and limit the number of customers in the store to about three. We need to be able to clearly communicate with customers so we have plexiglass shields installed between the customer and the employee, this is also coupled with another barrier that puts approx 8' distance between customers and staff. If an employee is on the sales floor, we require them to wear a mask and stay at a distance from any customers. Additionally we have installed high grade Merv 13 filters on the air handler. All surfaces are wiped down throughout the day including demo units, tables, counter and door push and pulls. Lastly, any equipment handled by staff is wiped down before we handle it and if you are picking up a service item it's wiped down before returning it to you. If you need extra special care, we are very happy to make that happen. Call us.
We have a fully equipped Apple training facility at our Indian Harbour Beach location. However, due to Covid, the training department is closed temporarily. We are trying to keep our customers as well as our staff healthy during the pandemic. Hopefully, as things improve we will be able to re-open training; possibly this summer. If you have a quick question though, feel free to call or stop by as if it's something minor, we be be able to address it.
That's a great question! We would need a bit more information about what a 'summary' page is to provide an accurate answer. It could be a login for a wireless network or a number of other things. If you can stop by and show us, we'll be happy to take a look!
Yes! We carry the Apple Watch at all of our locations and are experts in its use. There are a lot of different options so if you happen to want one we don't have in stock, it's usually here within a couple of days. We also offer the AppleCare+ protection plan and can provide specialized one-on-one training as well. Feel free to come by for a demo.

Hi Shirley! We can offer onsite assistance. However, before scheduling an appointment we would suggest checking the printer and ensure it's attached to your wireless network. That's typically done through the control panel on the printer. If it's not on your network, that would cause this issue. Often times powering it down and back on corrects the issue as well.
