With COVID the way it is ppl call in and they are short handed. Being upset at them because you left something is more than unreasonable. Make the effort and go back in person.

Walmart could care less remember kmart they thought they didnot need customer service guess what there gone.
They rarely answer. Try to navigate to another department. Electronics is the best option. I suggest going to the store and asking customer service.
