I bought a pair of sandels from ross and they are mis manufactured! didnt realize till my back started hurting and it got worse !! i then realized the shoes were different hights will i be able to have this issue adressed by managment in store or ?

I think that's going to depend on how long its been since you purchased them and the wear and tear on them. You might want to try reaching out to the manufacturer of the shoes
