I'm a patient who went out of town for 12 months can I still receive my meds

Greetings Mr.Frost, Yes. You would have to be re-evaluated in the office. Basically the same as a New patient. Physical, Medical History, Diagnostic evaluations, etc. We would determine if you have been in pain management anywhere else. If so, its possible to continue medications at present doses.If not, we will start you on medications like a new patient. Looking foward to seeing you! Doc LeGrande
