We have a $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee per pet that is due on move-in day. Our community participates in the Poo Prints Program, and there is a $50.00 one-time fee to register dogs.
I paid $700 for my 2 dogs. $600 fee and $100 for the poo prints. The poo print claim was not enforced so the $100 was a rip-off.
