When I made the decision to rent and not buy it was in large part due to the maintenance free aspect of apartment renting. Lakes of Tuscana has not been a disappointment. The maintenance crew are professionally knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and most importantly, make you feel like they want to help you and are not just doing a job. (The property manager and office staff are similarly pleasant and helpful!)

Worst place to live if you have kids and dogs. There are afternoon pool parties after management leaves that are out of control. If not part of the group they pretty much make you leave with the ludeness, non censored rap music, drunkeness to the point of embarassment and dangerous and fights. Can't be down there after work or with kids. Management does nothing about it except look at you as a trouble maker if you say anything. Kindergarden letters on your door almost daily. Lease was up during Covid and didnt bend on letting us stay month to month till we found a place. Targeted my dog several times as trouble so everytime a black dog did something they accused us. When he wasnt even out or us around those certain dates. Total nightmare dont do it !

My husband and I had a great experience working with Ami at Lakes of Tuscana. She was very helpful, kind and efficient. The leasing process was hassle free and quick. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking in the area.

Great place to live ! Friendly staff, great pool and beach area, spacious apartments and pet friendly ! I hated to leave, staff is very approachable and friendly. Maintenance staff is efficient and timely I highly recommend this place to live !!
