I inherited a stamp collection with literally thousands of loose stamps dating from the mid 1800's, many in the pre-WW I era (US and mainly Swiss, German. and English) and many kinds of preservation. How can I get this evaluated? Would it be more valuable if organized?
Yes, but they don't really work. Make an appointment with a professional...they should be able to tell you if your stamps are worth anything.
