Their banking App is ALWAYS down for maintenance EVERY WEEK. Why does only this bank have to do maintenance EVERY week. I can’t transfer money and or see my account. That’s a problem especially it’s always on the weekends. I’m about ready to close my accounts and move to a different credit union.

I switched from a major bank chain thinking I would be treated with respect. I've been with UCU for over 3 years. My account has been hit with multiple overdraft fees without being able to access my account to transfer money because of your update. I was COMPLETELY locked out and all I could do was wait until your "system finished updating". I'm leaving and I won't recommend this credit union to anyone, especially UCLA students and alumni. Locking out your members for MULTIPLE days and then not working with them to find a solution is robbery.

I just called customer service, and when I asked a basic question about thier Saving account I was told, " You can find that information online, we don't answer those questions here.". I was so confused, I asked her if I had reached thier customer service department and she confirmed that I was speaking with customer service. Guess I'll just go online and look for another please to open a bank account at.
