I had you put on new strings last year on my Martin guitar. Now the 2nd string has a tinny sound in it. Could the string be bad? Or maybe it was wound on wrong when it was replaced. Never had that sound before. Can it be fixed?

B strings can have an odd sound sometimes, or the bridge saddle may have a groove in it that's pinching the string. Bring it back by the shop sometime and we'll check it out for you.

The strings aren't even a year old. That tinny sound was there immediately after the new strings were put on. It's just the "b" string that is making that sound. I'll try to bring it by Friday or Saturday. Is this something that can be fixed while I'm there so I don't have to leave my guitar?
