Just About Anything

I've had problems with both locations in Cookeville getting my order wrong and the food being bad. One time we got onion rings that were both burnt and uncooked at the same time. For some reason, if you ask them to hold the mayo, for example, that's the only thing that will be on your sandwich. I've complained before and was told to download the app, register with my email, and I'd get a free meal for my trouble. I downloaded the app and got nothing. Tonight my wife and I ordered three 6" chilli cheese coneys with mustard and onions. We drove home and found three plain hotdogs with mustard and onions. Now we're making a 16 mile round trip on $4.00 a gallon gas and I'm so angry I probably won't be able to eat. It's very unlikely that we'll go back.

Terrible. When visiting family, we always make a point to stop at the Sonic in Sparta. Tonight was awful. Out of 5 burgers, 3 had wrong condiments even though the stickers were correct. Burgers were COLD and bun was falling apart. We couldn't eat three of the burgers. After spending $48, very disappointed.
