273 SE Whitmore Dr is EXTREMELY loud throughout the night/early am. Their music rattles peoples' homes for several blocks. The owner yells to his guests on a microphone. As soon as the police leave, they turn-up the music louder. What can we do?

Call the police and ask for crime prevention officer to come to your home and get him/ she involved with the problem.
