My experience was outstanding. I was in the building and decided to see the office. I just walked in. The staff was friendly, and asked a few questions. The retired Army First Sargeant, Top, said it appeared that I would qualify for VA disability. He commenced filling out paperwork. He said everything could be done on the computer. We made an appointment. We communicated via computer, within 2 weeks everything was complete and sent for review. My entire process was only 3 months. My medical evaluation was completed prior to my established appointment. The staff is professional, efficient, and most importantly, care about veterans that served their country. Thank you Jake.

I have been dealing with Helen Simpson. She is absolutely wonderful. Very informative and helpful. The whole staff has been a great team to work with on behalf of my husband and myself. There are no better people then these. Margaret VanderMeulen
