7-25-2022 3:00pm One big black guy refuses to helping me and He says he can't help me because he's not God with bad actitud, he no listen the people and I feel that it's because I'm Hispanic... he refuses to give me his name and all of this situation was on front the security guy that refuses too to call a supervisor because he's training and new employer 😐😐😐 really bad service, no empathy, they don't care the people... 👎👎👎

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I actually had a really great experience at this IRS office. I made an appointment, I was seen right at that appointment time. I went in for one issue and the gentleman helping me helped with a bunch of other stuff as well. He was awesome. Like I was in my car crying before I went in and then after my appointment I was in a much better mood, which you totally would think it would be the other way around.

There should have been a number on the door you can call. To make the appointment. They can try and answer you questions
Great question... I have been on phone for literally hours, several days several attempts, since before Christmas to speak to a human, to no avail. I went last week and then again yesterday trying to accomplish a very simple task and was turned away. Been online for hours trying to set up an account so I can print documents and still roadblocks there too. I'm beyond frustrated with this.

I went there last week and it was closed, they have a sign saying to call a number for an appointment, but when you call that number they isn't an option for appointments, its a big run around!!
I believe they prefer an apt but you can walk in and be seen. However they are closed for lunch.
