Yes you can, you'll be charged by weight. Drive up to the scale house on the way in then make sure to stop at the scale house again on the way out. You need to have a valid ID and local address. This is to prevent ppl driving off without paying or weighing out. You'll also need a hi-vis vest which they can provide.
I don't see why not, they bring semi trucks in.
