Does the raceway do tours (and at specific times of the day)?

I don't think so. Go to there Facebook page or call. Never heard of tours

Daytona does tours but Sebring has not historically done tours. Come to Sebring on January 13 or 14, 2018 when SCCA will be having national club racing.

Unfortunately, there are no scheduled tours at Sebring International RaceWay

Sometimes during racing events they will have "lead/follow" touring laps.
