I was told 12-14 weeks for delivery of my windows. Upon calling your office at 12 weeks to get an update, my order could not be found in your computer. After a long hold, I was told the order was in the permit department. Why so long for a permit?

We ordered 10 windows March 4th and they are being installed today!

They can't get the permits to install until they know the windows are maded and ready to be installed is what I was told.
