Solana was set up as a no mail delivery neighborhood. The only mail that would get delivered is Express Mail which is gaurnteed by the Post Office.
Impossible to call. They don't answer.
Not sure about that community but if you call post office they can tell you. The area I live doesn't but next subdivision does
