Does anybody answer the phone there?? I just keep getting a message telling me the business hours! No way to leave a message, no communication to answer question for Signature Required pkg.

I have the same experience except the phone rings and rings and then changes to busy!!!

no, i think it's BS & they're just lazy.... the 800 number isn't much better either, you have to try n try different options, press 1 for, 2 for, 3 for etc.etc., before you get a LIVE person!

Same here I called a total of 56 times today and it would ring for a few minutes and then disconnected.
