Hi Jenn! We do take custom orders for a gluten friendly cake. While we are careful to clean after each product we make and absolutely no flour goes into the gluten free item itself, we are only one kitchen and there is a chance for cross contamination. We’d love to help with your order. We do ask for advance notice, as our cake schedule does fill up quickly. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
