The place is full of drugs and drunks and drama. Pay the higher rent somewhere else. It isnt worth the hassle with the garbage environment that dwells there.

I had rented a camper (private rental not campground rental )there about two years ago, they were very strict, one visit from the police and your evicted. The camper next to me had a visit from the police and the lot was empty the next night.
