Food be great. But the drive thru at lunch time moves to slow. I spends 15min in line just to order and to receive my order. So about time i get to eat i only have 15 left to eat. So i have to swallow the chicken whole.

All I can say is the customer service was horrible the girl that took our order told me she could not add a macaroni and cheese onto the order at the window that we would have to drive around when there was no cars behind us then we asked for a receipt and she said sorry the receipt machine isn't working and let the window shut in our face. As we sat there for a second someone else came over and printed a receipt for us. Then the food was horrible. I'll try to download a picture of how they put our buns on top of the chicken. If you like soggy smooshed buns then this is what that is like. This place needs new management or management that oversees what the workers are not doing right and some people that actually care and most definitely realize that we are the customers. If Kentucky Fried Chicken cares about their name they would get a grip of these reviews because I see this store does not have very good reviews. We have owned our own business for 25 years and we know how to treat our customers. It's about time this store picks up their pace and realize the problem they have. I am going to ask for a full refund and give they can get some caring people who take their job seriously.

Requested certain pieces of chicken. Explained that at the last visit this same request was not honored. The boy at the window laughed, cut off the conversation, and slammed the window shut. Told the manager, who apologized. However, when we arrived home, the piece of chicken we requested not be in the box was deliberately placed in the box anyway. Returned the food to the store explaining to the manager what happened. She replaced the food, but the boy who initially waited on us was there and continued to laugh as I spoke. The manager indicated that she did not typically allow this person to work in the window but he was allowed to this day by another manager. I asked for his name and the manager gave a generic name. I asked for an employee number or some other means of identification for a corporate contact and the manager continued to offer this generic name. She eventually became upset at me because I asked for his real name. They also threw away the receipt so I would not have an employee name or any other information from the visit. The store is run by people who need much training regarding customer service. I do not recommend and will not return.

Ok I’m confused about the water like gravy did y’all change it or did someone not let it cook long enough or do I take it and boil it myself? Lol!! I did not get 2 mashed potatoes like I ordered and I swear people just don’t care! No pride at all in yourself or your food,eh?! UPDATE.. I was told that people apparently don’t know how to make the gravy.. I suggested maybe somebody’s grandma should come up in there and help them out!!! If y’all serving food that you don’t know how to make, please just keep it!! What person can’t read instructions?!
