Hi Patti, we are RVers and we rent our site. You probably should contact the Southern Pines office for available sites and units available for purchase. They do have a website with pictures.

Hi Patti..not sure of lot rent .pictures are if my parents place at Christmas ..their place is 4sale in( P) section they are to getting to go travel from del to fla they been in both states for 20yrs...they loved it at southern pines frostproof fl for 20yrs
