When boarding the bus, at the terminals (Lakeland and Winter Haven), the main office on George Jenkins Blvd or in the Bartow office located in the Human Service building on the second floor. The card itself is $2 but a day pass will cost $3 or $1.50 if you're a senior or disabled. If you need more than a day pass you can purchase a weekly or monthly pass.
