As they've just answered, that's obviously official, but here's my take (wife and I were just there a few weeks ago): dinner at Lakeside was, yes, casual, but most people dressed a little nicer. No ties on the guys but a button down or nice collared shirt or sweater, khakis. Women wearing a nice blouse etc. Breakfast was much more casual, people just dressed for the day but still generally neat and nice. And bar in the mansion would be more like that the whole time.
