No there is not. (Maybe weekends at night or special events).
A great venue: stage, sound engineering, lighting, and great artists. For the nights when the BANDS play, there is a cover: $5-$20; check the website. Best nights, IMO, are Thursdays, (depending.)
Special events have a charge at the door.. regular days is free.
