Call and make an appointment for service. They will work out the details for drop off and pick up of loaner car if applicable.
It's simple make an appointment or if it's an emergency just go in
I know the guys in service leave at 4pm. You can go in any time but it is easy to call in and make an appointment. I drive in and they never turn me away and thats without an appointment. If you don't mind leaving the vehicle, any time then.
Appointment need to be set up prior by phone
Make an appointment by going to bmw of Manhattan website. The place gets packed even with reservations. But if you drop in without an appointment I was told Wednesdays are their off-peak day.
