I come mostly to swim laps. The gym is ok but very small. I love the rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna. My only complaint is that alot of the people who swim don't know anything about pool etiquette and can be very rude . Ex demanding to swim circles, Although I was there first and there are only 2 of us in the lap lane, and swimming very very slow in the fast lane. Entering the pool when two people are already in the lap lane and not asking to do circles and just swimming kamikaze towards 2 people. Getting into a lane with 2 people when there are empty lanes available. Kicking off right when you're approaching and interfering with your swim. Hanging out in the lap lane and not swimming.etc. Also they have classes that take up a whole lane sometimes which makes an already crowded pool ridiculous and they do this during peak hours which is unnecessary because all the people in the class are elderly.

Takes a while to get used to the higgeldy piggeldy access routes, but the facilities and sense of being supported are well worth it.

Most do. Apts in the K line no. Apt G no balcony but have a quite large walk in closet. There might be others w/out balconies but are mainly the studios and perhaps Line H apts. Hope this helps.
Yes, you can get a day pass to the bouldering room / climbing gym.
A think $150
You have to be a professional in the theater and prove it. And you should call the office for the information
Yes, and the locker rooms are often full of very happy seniors. So i assume the classes are great.
$99 per month. $195 for initial registration.
The gym membership includes the entire gym- classes, cardio, weights, pool, sauna, hot tub, and climbing gym. They don't price separately.
The pool is included in the membership (which i believe is $89/month), as is the climbing gym. There are no contracts, but there may be a joining fee. The gym is never over-crowded, so anytime of day is a pretty good time to workout.
