And oil change they wanted to charge me over 100 and i showed them i got a voucher for 89 and they said they dont honor it because i got it from edison bmw not the one in bloomfield they be over pricing 4 rotors and brakes close to 800. I got the dealer parts and went else where and got it done for 250.

Yes April was very helpful I was calling my service worker William over two weeks said he’ll get back to me and never did but yesterday April told me to come in today and helped me no run around or nothing April satisfied me and I kno she had a lot to do
Also wanted well over 100 from me

WlMay I ask where did you purchase the brakes and rotors? Also where did you have it done for $250? I purchased a 2011 for my daughter from bmw Bloomfield in October an in January took it back to the dealer because of the brakes. The service tech said the brakes and rotors where corroded. I said how is that possible when it was just purchased in October??? I spoke to a sales manager and to this day they are giving me the run around!!! It is not fair for me to pay for it when it should have been done before the car was sold!!!! I only trusted because I dealt with them for years but never again!
