Online hertz rental should of told you they closed at noon today. Cancel the weekend rental and try Monday. They are closed Sunday. If you want you can let them know Monday on what happen.
They close at 5pm on Saturday I believe. I dont know what happens when order online and they are close. They cant charge you if you don't have a car in your possession. And I think you can do a live chat.
