Harold and Belle's has one (1) location. However, I have seen them, and eaten from their setup, at the LA County Fair. You may want to call the restaurant for further information.

Yes only one location, but they are active in community projects like setting up the "To Geaux" food truck at CAAM or Taste of Soul events. Highly recommend you try the file gumbo and crawfish etouffee... everything is delicious...man I got hungry all of sudden
