Just do us all a favor and pass by on your way home from the beach. Don't stop. Wear something that you look good in when your eating good and you will be fine with the dining experiance. Tank tops etc stay home.

Not necessary. Business casual. Although I have seen the occasional man wearing cowboy and golf hats. Nice jeans with no holes are ok.
Full on suit isn't necessary however this is a nice place.... not an outback or something so your outfit should reflect that. I normally dine in slacks and a button down shirt. Typically a tie if the occasion calls for it - ie, anniversary or business dinner, etc.
