Are they fully open. or it's still by appointment

It's open but you are not allowed to go indoors. They have people ooutside to guide you on what you need to do

Hi Roberta, No, they are not fully open. We went to register my sons car & get a replacement I.D. for our other son. You require a mask, you stand in line goes all the way around the DMV building. Once we got in front of staff outside, they told us to make sure the pink slip was filled with our sons information & to go online for the fees, insert pink slip & check in their envelope & insert all of it in a box that is located out there. As far as the I.D. nothing could be done until the State allows them to make appointments again. At this time they are only handling appointments that were scheduled when they closed.
