If you ask, they'll definitely hand it to you. However, you shouldn't act like an idiot holding it; treat it as a real gun. Make sure you know all about gun safety and trigger discipline before asking them to hand it to you. If you don't know all of it, DON'T ASK.
They will set you up at the target area and shoot the gun before you buy it
It depends on how you treat it because even though it is a toy gun you still shoild treat it like a loaded real gun
