I think they do not. It seems to me there are liabilities that the Food Bank will not want to tangle with. Case in Point, whos to say that the shrimp was not properly stored before it was donated. There is no realistic way of documenting every piece of food donated. If they can't document every piece of food, nor can they guarantee that a product has safely been stored, this nonprofit better find money somewhere because they would be presented with many a lawsuit.
I believe they do, the bank has freezers inside.
