They are a small shop with with just a few employees. We love them and their bento lunch special is amazing. Their location does not have high foot traffic.
It may be there was a staffing issue or that there wasn't enough revenue from Saturday lunch to justify opening early. I suggest reaching out when they're open to see if it's a permanent change or temporary. Hope this helps!
A lot of places do this now. it's to make more money and take advantage of the weekend rush.
