I have a membership & so does my wife.
I want one membership under my name.
Then I want to get her a citi card credit
card with my account. The problem---she
has lost her costco card and does not
have her membership number.

Yes, they should be able to look it up. If you are the primary account-holder, and have a Costco Citi card, they should be able to put your wife on your account and give her her own card. Hope this helps.
