Frank knew immediately what the problem was indicating it was a defective part from Viking. He was right on time, worked quickly and got my fridge working. I'm glad I have my warranty with Viking Repair Simi Valley. My experience with Viking Appliance Repair of LA was quite positive and would highly recommend them. Thank you!

The repairman (Tom) was polite and efficient . He knew what he was doing and did the repairs in a short time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the leaky component. He said we had a ninety day warranty on all work done so if anything happened to call.

Andy fixed my Sub Zero refrigerator the same day and took the time to explain the cause and remedy. He was knowledgeable and shared additional information about how to extend the life or our appliances. He did an excellent job for us and anyone who gets him as their technician can rest assured it will be done correctly. I highly recommend Viking Repair Simi Valley to anyone having appliance issues

The technician Artur was very courteous and respectable. He arrived on time and asked what problem we were having with our Viking double oven. He carefully removed wall mounted double ovens and replaced with the new software. You can bet I will always use Viking Repair Simi Valey for our oven.

Questions & Answers

How do I remove a seal on my fridge?

You should not need to remove a door seal on your fridge or freezer. They are built into the moulding of the door and so only the exposed surfaces should need cleaning by wiping them down with a solution of mild detergent and water. They are not easily removed. There is more cleaning advice on our refrigeration tips page to help maintain healthy seals

Is it normal that the oven fan keeps turning even after I've switched the oven off?

The oven cooling fan will continue to operate for around 20 minutes after the appliance has been switched off to enable the oven to cool down more quickly.

Hello! My freezer has too much frost. What could be the problem?

Even though frost is often associated with the low temperatures excessive frost may significantly reduce the performance of your freezer. Viking freezers are designed to avoid any frost build up on the freezer walls, however, unfortunately, this issue is still rather common. The most important thing that you should know about the frost build up is that it is a sign that your appliance is working overtime. Make sure that the freezer door is always firmly shut – even small cracks on the seal will let the cool air out. Avoid placing any cooking appliances close to the freezer as well! Check if there is enough room for air circulation inside the freezer – do not push the food too deep and, if possible, avoid putting large bags inside it, since they may take longer to refrigerate. Make sure to wipe food dry before placing it inside the freezer as well!
