Automated machine directs me to the appropriate number but nobody every picks up and auto redials back to home directory. Frustrating. I just want to ask a simple question so I don't have to show up at store if item is not in stock.😶

I don't blame you for not wanting to come in if they don't have the item. Especially if your a disabled person who can never find wheel chair acceptable parking. Try calling another costco as any location can look up stock at multiple locations

Call a different location and have them check all stores for you

That must be frustrating, but I don't think you will get a live person on the phone. You will likely need to go into the store.
