They can be helpful if you know what you want
I wouldn't pay so much attention to commercials. The employees there are very helpful and they just about have everything you need to complete a home
As with any store, there are good sales staff and bad... Good deals and not-so-good deals... This company buys closeout lots of furniture. Like it, buy it, good deals on good furniture.
I don't really pay too much attention to the commercials, I review the items I need compared to other store brands to see who has the best features as a whole store. I had recently selected an alternative store because of their mistakes with a previous order.
I would not recommend them. I found them to be rude and insensitive in store.
